Piercing Room Etiquette
We follow a strict one-to-one service. Only who is being pierced is allowed in the piercing room. Please come alone to your appointment, unless you are under 18.
We have a busy daily schedule. Please arrive on time or you risk losing both your appointment and your booking fee.
Sanitise your hands before entering the piercing room. This will reduce the risk of accidental cross-contamination.
If you are getting your ear pierced, tie any long hair before entering the piercing room.
When entering the room let the piercer direct you on where to place your personal effects. Some areas of the room are reserved as sterile working spaces.
Do not touch or remove any of your existing jewellery inside the room to avoid any accidental cross-contamination. We can easily work around them or safely remove them for you.
No phone calls, video calls, photos or filming are allowed in the piercing room. Please keep your mobile phone in your pocket during your appointment or we will not proceed until you do so!
By respecting all these points you will help us to keep you safe by maintaining an aseptic environment.
It will also make the experience much more fun and relaxed for all of us!
